VisDoc is a fully integrated,
HIPAA compliant document management software application that allows you

VisDoc will directly import Word documents, Excel
spreadsheets, most Graphic files and Adobe Acrobat (pdf).
Any document scanned via VisDoc can now be configured to export directly into
Centricity EMR and can be routed and/or signed during this process.
VisDoc Scanner is now enabled for Optical Character Recognition,
allowing documents to be converted to text with amazing speed. This allows users
to instantly view documents without having to click on the paperclip to retrieve
them.
Documents with Barcodes containing specific information
can now be scanned, saving incredible amounts of time by virtually automating the
process of indexing the scanned documents
Documents created by Biscom's FAXCOM fax server and any other fax
software solution that saves documents as tif files, can be directly imported
into VisDoc scanner and ready to index. This eliminates the need to print and scan this type of documents into the system.
Transcriptions can be automatically imported directly into VisDoc.
Prescriptions can easliy be managed with this component. View current meds as well as the patient's prescription history.
